Returns and Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, subject to exclusions, please see below.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products eligible for refunds must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn, used or damaged.
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider a refund. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB.
Please, note that we don’t refund any shipping cost and do not cover shipping cost for return. Your shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds are accepted in case the product is defective and there is proven documentation of its malfunction. Such requests should be made within 7 days of receiving an item, Once we have received evidence, you’ll get further instructions.
After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge.
We don’t accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after placing their order.
Please, also note we do not accept products that are health and personal care items including intimate and sanitary goods.
No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and you will be provided with an address for returns.
